There are many different distractions from our ngöndro practice, But in the beautiful high country of the Europe Centre, on the top of our hill, there is no escape from your enlightened nature!

On this weekend different traveling teachers from the area will explain the teachings underlying the Foundational Practices (Tib. ngöndro) such as the meaning of refuge, Bodhisattva attitude, cause and effect, the two accumulations, six paramitas, and the teacher-student relationship.

Come, meditate and be inspired!
