More than 300 visitors took advantage of the sunny weather, to get in contact with us. They enjoyed our offers like introductory rounds in the meditation hall, followed by a short meditation, or guided tours through the villa, as well as an information table and of course food and beverages as well as a lot of chatting and connecting.
A wonderful time with Lama Ole was this year’s Transmission Weekend, which again attracted Buddhists from all over the world to listen to Buddha`s highest teachings given by Lama Ole.
During the first weekend of April, we had the honor to host a course with Michaela Fritzges about the four Foundational Practices and the five Buddha Wisdoms.
Tasso Kallianiotis from Connecticut, USA, gave a lecture in our center during his visit in Europe.
In 1983, Edita Berger took refuge with Lama Ole. Shortly after she started sharing her knowledge and experience in the function of a travelling teacher.
It’s never too early to prepare the next Summer Course. In fact, it’s about time to start preparing! So the extended core team met at the EC to brainstorm abut how to improve and adapt the course to changing conditions.
Following our Lama’s wish, we started the new year with a new series of events at the EC: Diving in deeper! Getting together and meditating together!
Our EC turned into a “City of a Thousand Planets” for New Year’s Eve, with lots of alien beings running around having a great time!
