Help make the Europe Center grow!

I Grow EC! is for friends from around the world who want to give regular financial support for the running and development of the Europe Center. It is similar to local sangha membership, only international, like the whole EC.

How It Works

It’s as easy as supporting your local Buddhist center.

A steady flow of small but regular donations is crucial for any center’s growth and development. Our members pay a desired monthly amount and their donations are used to cover the day-to-day expenses of the Europe Center’s non-residential rooms, e.g. gas, water and electricity bills and also construction costs.

Donations vary, friends give 15, 20, 50 or even 108 EUR per month but anything starting from 10 EUR is great. Our dream is to use a surplus from I Grow EC! to help to finance the new Gompa in the future. Information about how the money is used is presented every year on the International Summer Course at the EC.

Joining Is Easy! (it takes about 5 minutes)

While registering you’ll be asked to choose a payment method – a standing order with your bank, credit card or cash (see below). When you’re done, get your exclusive members-only EC Growers t-shirt to show you are an EC supporter and to help spread the idea. We are making a new model every year so you’ll soon have a collection.

How to Pay

There are several ways to donate, the main being an international bank account owned by the Diamond Way Buddhism Foundation in Germany. In countries where direct bank transfer abroad is too expensive, we provide a local bank account. In such case your money are transferred to the EC together with other friends’ donations. Please use what works best for you:

We kindly ask to send the regular monthly payment by the 20th of each month.

Tax Deduction

If you ask for tax deduction receipt while registering, we forward your request to your local DW organization. They should send it to you on paper by normal mail usually between January and April. Otherwise, contact you local Diamond Way organization finance department.
