We’re delighted to invite you to an 8th Karmapa Meditation Course, with Lena Leonteva and Marcin Baranski. This course is open for those who have finished the Four Foundational Practices. The 8th Karmapa Meditation is the advanced guru yoga practice of the Diamond Way Karma Kagyu Lineage.

During this extended weekend, we have the great opportunity to do the 8th Karmapa meditation together in four sessions every day. By practicing together, we share our experience and inspiration, and strengthen our connections as a sangha. There will also be ample time for explanations and questions & answers.

If you have not yet finished the Foundational Practices, you are very welcome to meditate in our beautiful Villa Gompa. If you need explanations for your practice, you can get them from the Travelling Teachers on site.

We have launched an event series about Diamond Way history inspired by Lama Ole’s book Riding the Tiger. The Europe Center will host these weekend events annually for the upcoming years.

The next weekend is scheduled for March 13–15, 2020. It will focus on the early days of Lama Ole and Hannah’s work, with various traveling teachers who took refuge in the late 70s and early 80s. We are still working out the details, but please save the date on your calendars!

These weekends are a chance to go deep into our Kagyu family history in the West, sparked and driven by the tireless work of Lama Ole and Hannah. If you are not able to join yourselves, you might encourage others from your sangha to come.

Join us for a lecture on “Love and Partnership” by Denica Lilova and Gerhard Waldner.

No registration required unless you wish to stay overnight, then please email:
