South-West German Practice Course

The sanghas surrounding (and supporting!) the Europe Center came for their annual practice course full of meditation and friendly exchange. Of course everybody else was welcome to join as well.

Around 100 friends came for this weekend, starting in a cozy way with story telling about 10 years EC, and continued the next day with intensive meditation practice all Saturday and a lecture about the Teacher Student Relationship by Diamond Way Teacher Manfred Maier, who happens to also be the motor cycle teacher of Lama Ole.

As the friends from the South West centers brought their own famous Summer Course cooks and a DJ, we had wonderful Swabian food for all meal times and a very long party. The weekend was rounded off by an exchange about the Diamond Way Buddhist centers in the South-West region of Germany.

We enjoyed hosting our sangha friends from the German South West region very much, with many of us joining in!
