What a weekend! Our journey started on Friday night, when Pedro set the scene by explaining some historical facts about our lineage and about the other Buddhist schools.
Last weekend we had a lot of friends from southwest Germany here to share, connect and
build new bonds.
Everybody attending the course was totaly amazed by the new concept, offering a lot of space for exchange and practicing together.
According to the wish of Lopön Tsechu Rinpoche, we got together to celebrate the birthday of the seven Stupas that were inaugurated in Zürich in 2001.
Our historical first motorbike weekend was far beyond our expectations. It was amazing to share the colorful storytelling on Friday and Saturday. Seeing the arrival biker friends – 41 friends with their wide range of motorbike types with maaaany horsepower – and having the great Saturday´s evening barbecue definitely brought joyful atmosphere in the Europe Center.
During the first weekend of April, we had the honor to host a course with Michaela Fritzges about the four Foundational Practices and the five Buddha Wisdoms.
Tasso Kallianiotis from Connecticut, USA, gave a lecture in our center during his visit in Europe.
It’s never too early to prepare the next Summer Course. In fact, it’s about time to start preparing! So the extended core team met at the EC to brainstorm abut how to improve and adapt the course to changing conditions.
